Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about how I work, what I build and what happens after launch — 32 questions in 7 topics.
Working together
Who I work with, how we communicate and what to expect.
Small and mid-size service businesses, agencies and charities that want their website, CRM and follow-up to work as one system. That includes businesses already on GoHighLevel and those considering it.
Yes. I work remotely with clients in the UK and other countries. Calls are scheduled at a time that suits both of us, and most day-to-day communication happens by email or WhatsApp.
Yes. You speak to the person doing the work, from the first call to handover. There is no account manager in between and nothing is passed to a team you have not met.
By email and WhatsApp, plus video calls at key points such as kick-off, design review and handover. You get plain-language progress updates, and anything that would change scope, price or timeline is agreed with you first.
Yes. I regularly fit into existing setups: building inside an agency’s GoHighLevel account, working alongside an in-house marketer, or taking over a website someone else started. Clear notes are left so everyone knows what was changed.
GoHighLevel & CRM
Account setup, pipelines, workflows and fixing existing accounts.
Account and CRM setup, pipelines, workflow automation, funnels and landing pages, forms and calendars, snapshots, sub-account and SaaS configuration where your plan supports it, integrations, and troubleshooting of existing accounts. I have four years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
Yes. The account, its data and the subscription stay in your name (or your agency’s), and I work inside it with access you grant. That way you own everything that is built, and you can remove my access at any time.
Yes. I can audit workflows that misfire, duplicate or conflicting automations, broken forms and calendars, messy pipelines and tags, then fix them and document what each workflow does so the account stays manageable.
Yes. Contacts, tags, pipelines and opportunities can usually be moved across with a planned import. Workflows and automations from other tools are rebuilt in GoHighLevel rather than copied, which is also a good moment to simplify them.
Yes. I build reusable snapshots with pipelines, workflows, funnels, calendars and custom fields set up for a specific niche, so new sub-accounts start from a tested, consistent base.
Websites
WordPress, Elementor and custom Astro builds.
Yes. I build custom-coded Astro websites with reusable components, static generation, very little JavaScript and a technical SEO foundation. Astro suits content-focused, performance-conscious sites such as service businesses and portfolios.
Yes — new business websites, landing pages, redesigns, migrations, performance improvements and ongoing enhancements, built with a lean plugin setup so the site stays easy to edit.
Choose WordPress if your team wants to edit pages visually and add content often without a developer. Choose Astro if speed, security and low running costs matter most and content changes are occasional. I’ll recommend one after hearing how you plan to use the site.
Yes. Every layout, form and flow is checked on phones first, then on tablets and desktops, because that is where most visitors arrive.
Every site I build includes a technical SEO foundation: clean page structure, titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, fast loading and optimised images. Ongoing content marketing and link building are not included unless agreed separately.
Yes. I can redesign an existing site, or keep the design and focus on performance: image optimisation, removing unused plugins and scripts, caching and fixing layout issues on mobile.
You know your business best, so you provide the core information. I help structure it into pages, edit it for clarity and source suitable stock imagery or graphics where you don’t have your own.
AI & automation
Voice AI receptionists, chatbots and automated follow-up.
Yes. I configure Voice AI agents that answer inbound calls, qualify callers, book appointments and escalate to a person when needed. Features and per-minute costs depend on the platform and plan you use, and phone numbers may need regulatory registration.
Yes. Typical builds include instant first responses by SMS and email, booking links, appointment reminders, no-show follow-up and pipeline updates — with opt-out handling and stop conditions built in.
Chat assistants are set up to answer from information you approve, to say when they don’t know, and to hand the conversation to a person for anything outside their scope. Transcripts are reviewed after launch so answers can be tightened.
Usually, yes. Platforms such as GoHighLevel charge for their plans, and Voice AI, SMS and AI messages are typically billed per minute or per message by the platform. These usage costs are paid directly to the provider and are separate from my fee.
Graphic design
Social media, brand and marketing graphics.
Yes: social media creatives, brand assets, marketing and website graphics, promotional banners and ad creatives, delivered in the sizes each platform needs.
Ready-to-use exports in the sizes and formats each platform needs (such as PNG, JPG and PDF), organised and clearly named. Editable source files can be included when agreed in the proposal.
Pricing & process
Quotes, timelines and how a project runs from start to finish.
Five steps: Discover, Plan, Design & Build, Test & Refine, and Launch & Support. Scope and timeline are agreed in writing before the build starts.
It depends on scope: a single landing page or workflow fix costs far less than a full website with CRM automation. After a short conversation about what you need, you receive a written proposal with a fixed price for the agreed scope, so there are no surprises.
Small tasks such as a workflow fix or a set of graphics can take days; a complete website or CRM build usually takes a few weeks. The timeline is written into the proposal, and depends partly on how quickly content and feedback come back.
Payment terms are set out in the written proposal before any work begins, including what is due at the start and on completion. Larger projects can be split into milestones.
Each proposal states the rounds of revisions included at each stage. Feedback is gathered at agreed review points so changes are made efficiently, and anything outside the agreed scope is quoted before it is done.
Send a project inquiry through the contact form with the service you need, a rough budget if you have one, and a short description of the project. I reply with questions or a proposal.
Launch & support
Ownership, handover and help after the project goes live.
Yes. Every project includes a period of support after launch to fix anything that isn’t working as agreed. Ongoing maintenance, updates and improvements can be arranged separately, either as needed or on a regular schedule.
Yes. Once the project is paid for, the website, designs, workflows and content created for you are yours. Accounts such as hosting, domain and GoHighLevel are set up in your name wherever possible.
Yes. Builds use clear names and reusable sections, and handover includes a walkthrough and written notes so your team can edit pages, update workflows and add content without depending on me.
